We pulled out the quesidilla maker my mom got me for Christmas.
They had fun making their own. I love lunch with friends!
Mine was all veggies and a little cheese- yumm so good! I cooked zuccini, onions, red peppers, and cilantro in olive oil on the stove. I used mozzerella cheese but cojita is a new one I think would be good.
